Posisi:

1. AREA SUPERVISOR

• We’re in charge for controlling the operation area (merchandising, shrinkage, customer experience & manpower), directing & developing the team
• Achieving sales target, analyzing productivity, and providing recommendation for improvements

2. VISUAL MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR

We’re responsible for every aspect of visual merchandising in the store (standard presentation display, event & promotion display, etc). We also control the execution process (pre and post production)

3. HR & GA SUPERVISOR

• We’re responsible for every aspect of Human Resource Management : Recruitment, Training, Personnel Administration & Payroll, Employee & Industrial Relation, and General Affairs
• Maintain a good relationship with external parties, such as schools & governmental institutions

Qualifications :

• Area Supervisor : Bachelor Degree in any discipline, GPA > 2,75. (Diploma degree with experience are welcome)
• VM Supervisor : Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Interior Design/Visual Communication Design, GPA > 2.75
• HR & GA Supervisor : Bachelor’s Degree in Law/Psychology/Management, GPA > 2,75
• Maximum 32 years old
• Experience in retail/sales/marketing/customer service would be preferable
• Possess great conceptual thinking and problem solving abilities
• Strong analytical, interpersonal skill, & leadership potential
• Good in English and computer literate
• Not color-blind, and willing to work in shift
• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for employment
• Placement in Cikarang
