- Project-based role focusing on process improvement, expansion, execution in a fast-paced environment with nation-wide scale
- Support ongoing initiative to ensure effective and on-time implementation, often through coordination with other departments
- Monitor key operational metrics and report business and project implementation progress regularly
- Bachelor degree in engineering and/or business management from top university- MBA is a plus
- 0-4 years of work experience in a project management role with a tech-startup, management consulting experience with a top firm is a plus
- Proficiency in Ms. Office, especially Excel (Pivot, INDEX MATCH, IF functions) and Powerpoint
- Fluency in English
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skill
- Independent contributor with a can-do attitude
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Responsible for reviewing, improving and redesigning SPX business processes (for assigned relevant section / topic)
- Maps and documents key business processes (for assigned relevant sections / topics)
- Identifies bottlenecks and/or pain points on current processes and proposes improvement suggestions
- Gathers improvement input from site visits and also from the Compliance and Quality Control / Assurance team
- Updates and maintains documentation on process improvements and process performance
- Preferably 1-2 yrs experience in Business Process / SOP Reengineering
- Preferably coming from logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce background
- Familiar with KPI logistics, metrics, systems, and flow
- Experienced in developing, maintaining, and/or updating SOPs
- Highly flexible, good teamwork, and able to work under minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and easy to adapt to new environment
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta
