Deskripsi Perusahaan

PT. Toyota Astra Motor merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang perakitan produk Toyota dan eksportir kendaraan dan suku cadang Toyota. Komposisi kepemilikan saham di perusahaan ini adalah Astra International 5 % dan TMC adalah 95%. PT Toyota-Astra Motor diresmikan pada tanggal 12 April 1971. Peranan TAM semula hanya sebagai importir kendaraan Toyota, namun setahun kemudian sudah berfungsi sebagai distributor. Selama lebih dari 30 tahun, PT. Toyota-Astra Motor telah memainkan peranan penting dalam pengembangan industri otomotif di Indonesia serta membuka lapangan pekerjaan termasuk dalam industri pendukungnya. PT. Toyota-Astra Motor telah memiliki pabrik produksi seperti stamping, casting, engine dan assembly di area industri Sunter, Jakarta. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas produk dan kemampuan produksi. Pada tahun 1998 diresmikan pabrik di Karawang yang menggunakan teknologi terbaru di Indonesia.

PT. Toyota Astra Motor melalui perusahaan induknya Toyota jepang tidak hanya dikenal melalui Toyota Land Cruiser. Mereka juga mengembangkan model yang menjadi favorit dunia, sedan kecil. Pada tahun 1961, Toyota mengeluarkan model Publica dan lima tahun kemudian meluncurkan model Corolla. Lewat Toyota Corolla yang memulai debutnya pada tahun 1966, sedan mungil generasi awal ini memakai penggerak belakang mengubah tatanan sedan bongsor yang populer saat itu menuju arah sedan kecil yang kompak, irit dan ringkas. Memasuki tahun 1975, Corolla masuk dalam generasi ketiga dan terjual lebih dari 5 juta unit. PT Toyota Astra Motor dalam hal yang menakjubkan ini masih kokoh hingga sekarang. Mesin mobil Corolla ini kemudian digunakan di Indonesia sebagai mesin untuk kendaraan niaga keluarga serbaguna, Toyota Kijang generasi awal yang dikenal sebagai Kijang Buaya. PT Toyota-Astra Motor diresmikan pada tanggal 12 April 1971. Peranan TAM semula hanya sebagai importir kendaraan Toyota, namun setahun kemudian sudah berfungsi sebagai distributor. Pada tanggal 31 Desember 1989, TAM melakukan merger bersama tiga perusahaan antara lain :

PT Multi Astra (pabrik perakitan, didirikan tahun 1973)

PT Toyota Engine Indonesia (pabrik mesin, didirikan tahun 1982)

1. Business Analyst – Part of Officer Development Program (ODP)
Job Description :
  • Identify new business opportunity related to TAM business
  • Conduct feasibility studies and future forecast based on current trends
  • Conduct product developement, generate customers, and ecosystems
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in business analysis or related field, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Creative, have good analytical and project management skill
  • Able to use Ms. Office, expecially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power Point
2. Digital Marketing Analyst – Part of Officer Development Program (ODP)
Job Description :
  • Conduct product, branding and others digital activation
  • Conduct evaluation on digital asset performance
  • Conduct digital marketing analysis
  • Develop planning & strategy for digital marketing
  • Ensure Toyota social media daily maintenance
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Management, Communication Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in digital marketing or related field, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing planning & strategy
  • Highly passionate for social media, digital activation, and digital marketing
  • Have good skills related to analytics & digital and understand how to use various analytics tools
3. General Accounting & Asset Control Officer – Part of Officer Development Program (ODP)
Job Description:
  • Ensure accounting operation and report timely manner with high quality standard
  • Accounting compliance and financial audit implementation
  • Establish IT Project improvement to reduce manual job in Accounting Area
  • Support other departments in Finance and Accounting Division’s projects
  • Involve in year end stock opname
Requirements :
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting Major from any reputable university with GPA min 3.00
  • Have internship experience at a Public Accounting Firm or other company in accounting. Freshgraduates are welcome to apply
  • Have good knowledge of accounting and standards would be preffered
  • Determined, detail-oriented, have commitment and integrity
  • Able to operate Microsoft Office package (Ms. Office, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint)
4. IT Analyst Officer – Part of Officer Development Program (ODP)
Job Description :
  • IT Asset Management and vendor management
  • Find ways to continuously improve IT infrastructure, processes, and best practices
  • Monitor activities of assigned IT areas to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures including monthly, quarterly, and annual account and activity reviews
Requirements :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in IT or related field, fresh graduates are welcome
  • Hands-on experience with configuration and operation of IT device
  • Highly passionate for IT infrastructure include (always update for the latest technology)
  • Having a leadership experience in organization
5. Legal Officer – Part of Officer Development Program (ODP)
Job Description :
  • Controlling and managing legal documents & company assets
  • Provide legal opinion related to legal and business aspects of the company including but not limited to Personal Data Protection and Business Competition Law
  • Review legal contracts, cooperation agreements, and other legal documents related to company needs
  • Manage administration related to agreements, permits, assets, contracts, and company legality
  • Manage and handling litigation process inside and outside of the company
Requirements :
  • Min. Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law Major from any reputable university with GPA min 3,00
  • 1-5 years of experiences in the same position
  • Experience in litigation (inside & outside the court) and handling of Legal Project will be an advantage
  • Have knowledge about company law, contract law, civil & criminal law
  • Have initiation action, good team work, excellent in analysis/judgment, and quality oriented
