PT Piaggio Indonesia – PT Piaggio Indonesia merupakan Agen Tunggal Pemegang (ATPM) beberapa motor buatan italia, diantaranya Vespa, Piaggio, Moto Guzzi dan Aprilia. PT Piaggio Indonesia terhitung mulai hadir secara resmi di Indonesia pada tahun 2011.

Piaggio Grup, sebagai indukan PT Piaggio Indonesia (PID) memasarkan berbagai jenis sepeda motor bermerek Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Gilera, Derbi dan Scarabeo mulai 50 hingga 1.400 cc. Grup ini juga terlibat dalam distribusi kendaraan roda 3 dan roda 4 untuk segmen komersial.

Piaggio Grup didirikan oleh Rinaldo Piaggio pada tahun 1884, dan telah dikendalikan oleh Immsi S.p.A (IMS.MI), sebuah holding industri yang terdaftar di bursa saham Italia sejak tahun 2003. Piaggio Grup dipalai oleh Roberto Colaninno selaku Chairman dan Chief Executive Officer, dengan didampingi oleh Matteo Colaninno sebagai wakil Ketua. Saham Piaggio telah terdaftar di bursa saham Italia sejak tahun 2006.

Industrial Finance Controller

Accountability and Objectives

• Performing the plant controlling activities for budgeting, reporting, analysis and forecasting at Local level liaising with Asia Pacific (APAC) and Group headquarter guidelines and requirements.
• Ensure relevant and up-to-date product costing calculation.
• Preparing and analyzing management reporting on Manufacturing KPIs
• Proactively collaborating with IT department in maintaining and developing IT controlling tools especially SAP end user deliverable
• Coordinate one resource to provide reliable information to support management’s decision making on Operations activity.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing annual standard cost roll-up as well as new material / product update inclusive of manufacturing cost rate, logistic cost, and component costs
• Standard costing & actual costing:
• analysis including assessment of budget vs. actuals for manufacturing and product cost.
• monthly preparation of Plant performance report
• analyzing reasons for significant variance and providing detailed reports which helped business teams in taking data driven decisions.
• Managing the yearly budgeting and the regular reporting, analysis, and forecasting and ad-hoc reporting
• Keeping a strict interaction with controlled departments to be updated on the relevant manufacturing plan.
• Collaborating with Group Controlling department for general guidelines, ad hoc analysis, and reporting
• Liaising with Finance and Accounting on the preparation of Monthly closure activities for factory inclusive of material cost, price and production variance, and conversion costs.

Skills & expertise

• At least 5 years of experience in plant controlling role or cost accounting in structured international manufacturing companies (Preferably from the automotive industries)
• Well-based financial, accounting, controlling competences.
• Solid knowledge of SAP, in particular FI & CO module especially Product Costing and intercorrelation with other module configuration and transactions
• A good knowledge of Microsoft Suite tools is needed.
• Basic/Intermediate skill on data management and visualization (i.e., PowerBI, Tableu, etc.) will be highly considered.
• Languages: fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is preferred
