1.Brand Executive

A Day In The Life as Brand Executive :

  • Understands the Brand Essence and executes brand activities that are aligned with the Brand Essence to match with target Consumer’s needs, wants, motivation
  • Contributes to the development of engagement strategies and creates attractive and rewarding brand experiences.
  • Works in partnership with agencies and ensures all brand communication contributes to driving demand and purchase through strong leadership and initiative
  • Contribute to the marketing strategy by having market visits, consumer immersion and social listening to gather all information and knowledge that will be used as inputs in developing the next strategy
  • Manage POS and packaging design implementation that aligned with Brand Essence of the 
  • Monitor and track project spending to deliver return on investment (ROI) from Pre/Post Evaluation of Marketing Projects

What Makes You Successful :

  • Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience in Brand Management with cross-functional exposure especially to Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D team
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia to collaborate effectively and convey brand messages to target audiences
  • Demonstrates innovative and creative thinking that invites fresh ideas to brand building activities
  • Keeps up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, and maintains a strong understanding of the brand’s target market
  • Comfortable to build strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholders

2. Digital Executive

A Day In The Life as Digital Executive :

  • Understands and navigate consumer data acquisition via all touchpoints (online, offline) and activate it through media or Customer relationship management (CRM) channels.
  • Assist & Responsible for SEO and SEM strategies & executions.
  • Drive Digital media effectiveness and efficiency by taking part on digital media planning and choosing the right partners to support brand campaign needs.
  • Implement data-driven marketing approach for digital marketing that can enable robust planning and well-planned execution. (Capability covers understands consumer journey on digital landscape, preferable can use Google Analytics, CRM Data Analytics, Social Listening and BrightEdge)
  • Ensures regular eBusiness tracking, reporting and optimization, including pre-post evaluation for digital related (liaise with brand team)

What Makes You Successful :

  • Minimum 3 years of solid experience in digital, eBusiness sectors, and Marketing Data Field 
  • Fluent in speaking and writing in English 
  • A deep understanding of emerging technologies and digital trends to connect with Brand needs to identify opportunities and align digital initiatives with business goals
  • Able to lead & manage projects/tasks that relates to digital media activations, data acquisition & activation, search, website that are related with any with digital landscape.
  • Passionate in building strong and sustainable relationship with key stakeholders

3. Coffee Agronomist

A day of life of as Coffee Agronomist :

  • Manage regular communication with farmers, farmers group and Cooperative (Kelompok Usaha Bersama)
  • Provide technical assistance to coffee farmers in coffee production and quality aspect
  • Running green coffee Direct Procurement operation (Green Coffee Procurement from Farmers)
  • Ensuring green coffee delivery meet with required quality level.
  • Establish corrective measures with Factory team for any quality issues
  • Conduct market intelligence to provide information in coffee crop, social issue.
  • Communicate and campaign Sustainability Agriculture Initiative and develop Co-operation with Coffee Community (Coffee Growers, Farmers Organizations, Research Centers, NGOs, etc.)
  • Manage Education and Demonstration Farms for endorse Good Agriculture Practices
  • Collaborate with other partners to improve access to support farmers
  • Provide Material to Business Unit team for communication propose
  • Provide Information On coffee farmer’s issue

What Will Make You Successful :

  • Minimum Bachelor of Agriculture 
  • Experience in coffee agricultural practices
  • Proficiency in English both verbal and written
  • Having good analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skil
