JOB DESCRIPTION

Key responsibilities includes:

Managing Operational activities Depo Distributor As field team to help AHS managerto deliver KPI of AHS in term Sales Volume , New Open Outlet and complience of AHS Working closely with Distributor PIC to selecting, validating candidate AHS, to ensure coplience if recruitment process Monitoring and maintaining AHS in term of order and supply to ensure stock availability .
Monitor and close relationship with existing AHS to buil strong AHS on performance, SOP compliance, consumer development and improve sales and their services to get optimum profitablity

Job Requirements:

D3/S1 University Degree any major last position as Senior Sales, Supervisor or Junior Manager, or Field Marketing.
Min. 2 years experience in Sales consumer Good, Marketing, Business Development, Frenchise management (Alfamart, Indomaret, etc is highly appreciate)
Min age, 23-28 year old
Required Competence: Sales and Supervision, Customer Management, Independent, can do attidute, Basic Computer Microsoft Program
Good interpersonal skill and team player
